Changing Families

Hi there! If you are interested in your child(ren) participating in a Changing Families small group, please fill out the form, attached here. This group is intended for students who have been impacted by any major family transitions (ex: divorce, separation, etc.). The groups will be divided into lower elementary (K-2) and upper elementary (3-5), based on response numbers. These groups will take place during the school day and be facilitated by Erin Huffer, our School Social Worker.
